Elegance and Verve

Chicagoan Diane Delin has got the world on a string. Considered one of the finest jazz violinists in the country, she's played for the President and toured with Frank Sinatra and Ray Charles.

Carving out her own style on the violin, Delin straddles the traditions of classical music and jazz. Whether playing covers or original compositions, Delin has been warmly received by critics who note her "elegance and expertise."

With four albums to her name on the Blujazz label, Delin confidently plays uncluttered songs, switching off solos with a great cast of supporting players like pianist and long-time collaborator Dennis Luxion.
