The Pros Arts Studio is taking art to the streets.

Through a diverse roster of arts programs – from video workshops to breakdancing classes to a children's circus – the innovative organization reaches out to the residents of Pilsen and helps kids and adults see the artists in themselves.

From its inception as an arts program at St. Procopis School in 1978 – from where it gets its name – Pros Arts has grown into a multi-disciplinary organization that reaches out to and sustains the multitude of cultures throughout the city of Chicago. Through more than 20 in-school programs and sessions at Dvorak Park, the arts center provides a positive outlet for kids' bottomless energy.
