DAVID KENNISON BOULDER
In Lincoln Park about 1900 North (Wisconsin St). West of Stockton Drive and East of Clark Street.

STATE LINE MARKER
Just outside the front gate of the State Line power generating station on the lakefront at the Illinois/Indiana border (it’s officially in Hammond, Indiana).

ANCIENT SHORELINE MARKER
Lincoln Park along the bicycle path just west of North Pond and East of Stockton Drive. It’s a little south of the pedestrian underpass below Stockton at Deming.

AMERICA’S FIRST AUTO RACE MARKER
In Jackson Park. Between 59th and 60th (Midway Plaisance) just west of Cornell Drive (near the Perennial Garden).

ULYSSES S. GRANT BOULDER
In Washington Park. Just south of 51st St. on Cottage Grove find Payne Drive. Follow Payne Drive west. When you reach the armory turn right and follow a curving driveway into a parking lot. The boulder is north and slightly east of the parking lot.

BALBO COLUMN
East of Soldier Field and West of Burnham Harbor. It’s at a “T” shaped intersection in the bike path about 1500 south.

DARIUS AND GIRENAS MONUMENT
In Marquette Park at 67th and California.

HAYMARKET POLICEMAN STATUE
Near the west entrance of Chicago Police headquarters 3510 S. Michigan Avenue. NOTE: Not accessible to the public. It’s off the parking lot and visible from 35th Street looking into the surface parking lot of the police station.

HAYMARKET MONUMENT
West of the Loop. It’s on the east side of Desplaines St. just north of Randolph.

REPUBLIC STEEL MASSACRE PLAQUE
Hard to find! 11800 S. Avenue “O” in Chicago. It’s at the base of a flag pole in the parking lot of this former union hall. The building is now a youth center called “The Zone” belonging to the East Side United Methodist Church

COMISKEY PARK HOME PLATE
In the corner of the parking lot at U.S. Cellular Field. It’s on the east side of Shields Avenue just north of 35th Street.
