Join WTTW Kids and walk-around character Arthur at the Poetry Foundation on Saturday, August 3 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm for a free day of fun! This special weekend event for kids and families will include a variety of interactive crafts and activities, including a scavenger hunt and a special WTTW Kids screening of two Arthur episodes. Guitarist and percussionist Jennifer Trowbridge will perform original musical adaptations of classic poems joined by clarinetist Don Jacobs and singer Alexis Hope. Refreshments will be provided by Whole Foods during the event. This event is best suited to children aged 13 and under. Free admission for children and their parents or guardians.
