Location: Assigned upon selection
Event Date: Tuesday, May 10, 2016 – 6:30 pm

Join WTTW, The Chicago Community Trust and thousands of Chicagoland residents on Tuesday, May 10, to talk about how we can help unite the place we call home.

Last year, more than 25,000 people in the Chicago area shared a meal and celebrated the everyday philanthropists among us who strengthen our communities and improve the lives of others. On the Table 2016 will connect individuals and communities of diverse perspectives and backgrounds to talk, listen and take important first steps toward creating a more unified Chicagoland region.

WTTW and WFMT are hosting several intimate and diverse dinner conversations in different locations. Would you like to connect with one of these dinner hosts and other Chicago-area residents to share a mealtime conversation and explore issues and ideas on how we can work together?

If so, let us know by filling out the form below. Dinner is on us but please keep in mind that you will need to get yourself promptly to the selected location on the evening of May 10, 2016 at 6:30pm. We expect that we will receive a lot of interest in this exciting opportunity, and there are only ten slots available at each of our tables, so please be aware that not everyone who fills out the form below will be contacted. We do welcome and appreciate your interest!

Please share some basic demographic information that will helpful in the wrap-up evaluation of On the Table. At the conclusion of the On the Table events on May 10, 2016, the Chicago Community Trust will send every participant a short e-mail survey to learn more about their experiences.
