About WTTW Kids Learn & Play
WTTW Kids Learn & Play is a series of collaborative, playful, and participatory learning experiences. Learn and Play consists of 25 unique lessons covering each of the 14-kindergarten readiness skills laid out in the 2018 Kindergarten Individual Development Survey. Lessons focus on social-emotional development, math, and language and literacy skill enhancement for preschool children. Driven by self-discovery and play, activities encourage movement, communication, and fun. Facilitating educator Miguel de León utilizes WTTW Kids programming, along with various activities and games, to reinforce knowledge and drive learning. Miguel is a bilingual educator and musician with over 30 years of experience.
