Parking
Please use East McFetridge Drive to enter the museum campus. Complimentary valet will be located at the East Entrance of the museum. If arriving by car service, there will be ample room for drop off and pick up in this same location.

6:00 pm: Cocktail Reception
6:45 pm: Performance with Open Seating
8:00 pm: Dinner

If you or your guests have dietary restrictions, please contact 773-509-5308 or email [email protected] with the guest’s name and the dietary needs by April 26. We will do our best to accommodate.
COVID-19 Health and Safety
The Field Museum currently does not require proof of vaccination. Mask-wearing is optional during the event. Masks and hand sanitizer will be available throughout the venue for your use.
Accessibility
The Field Museum welcomes all visitors and is committed to making its facilities and programs accessible to people with special needs. Please contact the WTTW and WFMT Development Team at (773) 509-5308 or via email with any special requests.
Elevator access is available to all areas of the building and the theater is wheelchair accessible. The Field Museum is a large space that requires a moderate amount of walking to navigate. Wheelchairs are available upon request.
Live captioning is available during the event program.
