Classic episodes of The French Chef and Cooking with Master Chefs are available to stream by WTTW Passport members, as are episodes of Dishing with Julia Child, in which modern chefs such as José Andrés discuss the icon and her show.

In 1978, Julia Child appeared on WTTW's Callaway Interviews to speak with John Callaway about where America was in gastronomic history in the late 1970s, her use of the microwave and freezer, food snobs, health crazes, and children in the kitchen. "My point is to make cooking easy for people so that they can enjoy it and do it, rather than making it a kind of art for the 'we happy few,'" she tells Callaway. She certainly did.
