Do you ever wish you could binge-watch your favorite PBS programs? If you’re a member you already can; if not, it’s easy to join. With WTTW Passport, members can watch a huge library of PBS and WTTW programming on-demand on any streaming device. To learn more about WTTW Passport, check out our dedicated site. You can activate or sign up for Passport here.

Each month we’ll bring you a few Passport picks. This June, celebrate LGBTQ Pride Month, Father’s Day, and the return of two beloved British shows by binging their back-seasons.

Vicious

For more serious takes on LGBTQ life and history, you can watch some of our on-air programming: Coming Out: A 50 Year History, WTTW’s own Out & Proud in Chicago (available to stream without Passport), or Independent Lens: The Untold Tales of Armistead Maupin, among others. But for an uproarious, delightful look at a gay relationship, turn to the two seasons of Vicious, starring the veteran Shakespeareans Ian McKellen and Derek Jacobi as a couple who have lived together in a London flat for nearly 50 years. There’s certainly love there, but also a lot of barbed wit and caustic humor.

The two actors served as grand marshals of the New York City Pride Parade in 2015 – watch them here:

Endeavour

The young Inspector Morse returns for another season June 24 at 8:00 pm (and will be available to stream), ready to solve more byzantinely complex crimes in Oxford along with his mentor Fred Thursday as well as navigate his relationship with Thursday’s daughter Joan and follow his ambitions. That means you have about two weeks to catch up on the three previous season available on Passport! (You can find our recaps of last season here.)

Watch the preview of season 5:

The Great British Baking Show

There’s unfortunately only one more season of this lovely show left to air, beginning June 22 at 9:00 pm (it will be available to stream), but you can at the very least continually revisit the four previous seasons with their perfect treats and less perfectly prepared puns. Plus, you can watch Mary and Paul demonstrate some of the difficult recipes given as challenges to the contestants in episodes of The Great British Baking Show Masterclass.

Try your own hands at some of the recipes from the show, both technical challenges and individual bakers’ recipes, and watch a preview of the last season:

Motorweek

Grilling and cars – it may be stereotypical, but they’re probably the two things most associated with dads and Father’s Day. If your dad is a car buff, point him in the direction of Motorweek. While some recent episodes are available to stream without Passport, Passport members can access a huge back catalog of more episodes. Maybe you’re looking to buy a new car, or just love looking at them and learning about them – there’s plenty of that here.
