How to Watch the January 6 Hearings

July 15 UPDATE: The next and final planned January 6 committee hearing will take place on Thursday, July 21 in primetime at 7:00 pm CT and will be available to stream and watch on WTTW.

July 11 UPDATE: The next January 6 committee hearing will take place on Tuesday, July 12 and is scheduled to begin at 12:00 pm CT and will be available to stream and watch on WTTW. 

UPDATE: The committee has called a surprise sixth hearing for Tuesday, June 28 at 12:00 pm CT. It will air on WTTW and be available to stream live. 

UPDATE: The Wednesday, June 15 hearing has been postponed. The next hearing will take place on Thursday, June 16 at 12:00 pm CT, followed by one on Tuesday, June 21 at 12:00 pm CT and another on Thursday, June 23 at 2:00 pm CT.

Public hearings laying out lawmakers' findings from a nearly yearlong investigation into the January 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol begin on Thursday, June 9, and PBS NewsHour is offering live coverage of the hearings.

The first hearing of the House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the U.S. Capitol is Thursday, June 9, and coverage begins at 7:00 pm CT.
