Dietary Restrictions
If you or your guests have dietary restrictions, please contact 773-509-5308 or [email protected] with the guest’s name and the dietary issue by April 27. We will do our best to accommodate.
COVID19 Health and Safety
In the interest of health and safety, Venue SIX10 currently requires proof of vaccination. We are collecting this in advance at [email protected].
If you have not provided proof of vaccination in advance, you will be required to present proof of vaccination when you arrive.
Alternatively, you can present a negative COVID-19 test administered by a medical professional within the past 72 hours (May 1-4). Test results must be presented on paper, or electronically in advance via email along with a photo id.
Mask-wearing is required when not eating or drinking.
Accessibility
Venue SIX10 welcomes all visitors and is committed to making its facilities and programs accessible to people with special needs. Please contact the WTTW and WFMT Development Team at (773) 509-5308 or via email with any special needs or requests.
Elevator access is available to all areas of the building and the theater is wheelchair accessible.
An ASL interpreter will be on stage during the speaking portions of the event program. The following Hearing Assistance System will be available upon request: Listen Technologies- Stationary RF Transmitter (72 MHz). Item: LT-800-072-01.
