Windy City Hot Dog Fest

Several Chicago hot dog stands compete for the city’s best dog at this festival located in Portage Park. The event also features live music and kid-friendly activities.

Italian Street Food Festa

Eataly Chicago in River North hosts this celebration and tasting of Italian street food.

Lincoln Square Greek Fest

St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church hosts this festival that highlights all things Greek with food, music, and dancing.

Thai Festival Chicago

Saturday, June 8 and Sunday, June 9 | 851 W. Irving Park Rd.
This Thai food, drink, and culture festival returns to the Buena Park neighborhood again this year.

Ribfest

Friday, June 14 through Sunday, June 16 | Lincoln Ave. between Irving Park Rd. and Berteau Ave.
Ribfest returns to North Center for its 24th year with more than 20 BBQ vendors. This year, the event has added a whiskey tasting with 16 local and international whiskies.

Craft Brews at Lincoln Park Zoo

Saturday, June 15 | Lincoln Park Zoo
This 21+ event at the Lincoln Park Zoo boasts more than 100 craft beers and ciders, as well as music, food trucks, and free roam of the zoo.

Taste of Randolph

Friday, June 14 through Sunday, June 16 | Randolph St. between Peoria St. and Racine Ave.
This three-day food and music festival in the West Loop shows off some of the neighborhood’s restaurants, such as The Publican, Forno Rosso, and After.

Taste of Highland Park

Friday, June 21 and Saturday, June 22 | The Lot, 525 Central Ave., Highland Park
Highland Park’s two-day food festival will showcase the area’s cuisine, with everything from milkshakes, beer, and wine, to pizza, Indian food, and tamales.

Long Grove Strawberry Fest

Friday, June 21 through Sunday, June 23 | 145 Old McHenry Rd., Long Grove
This annual, strawberry-centric tradition returns to historic downtown Long Grove and offers family activities, music, and strawberry-infused food and beverages.

Jazz and Wine Fest

Sunday, June 23 | Cantigny Park, Wheaton
This festival at Cantigny Park in Wheaton pairs jazz with wine. The festival promises French reds and whites perfect for “easy summer sipping.”

Flavors of Albany Park

Wednesday, June 26 | Various Routes in Albany Park
Explore a variety of cuisines in one of Chicago's most diverse neighborhoods with what this event says is the "biggest single-day restaurant crawl" in Chicago, with 50 participating establishments. There are several routes to choose from along Lawrence, Kedzie, and Montrose avenues. 
 

Lemont Food Truck Festival

This food truck festival in Lemont returns for its third year with more than a dozen food trucks, plus other vendors and music.
