Yes, another season of All Creatures Great and Small is on its way, and we have some news as well as some of the first images from it to share and a trailer to watch!

First off, the new season will premiere next year on PBS and WTTW—in the meantime, you can reunite with the cast Sunday, August 15 at 6:30 pm on WTTW with the special All Creatures Great and Small: Between the Pages, recap the previous season, or stream it if you're a WTTW Passport member.

All characters main and beloved will return, although the late Diana Rigg will be replaced by Patricia Hodge in the role of Mrs. Pumphrey. You might recognize Hodge from RoadkillDownton Abbey, or Poirot. Dorothy Atkinson, who appeared in an early season of Call the Midwife, will play Diana Brompton, who attracts Siegfried's attention, while James Fleet will appear as the farmer Colonel Merrick.

Will Tristan continue to work hard and not disappoint his brother? How will Mrs. Hall evolve? Will Tricki-Woo keep eating delicious food? Will James and Helen's tamped-down feelings for each other finally blossom into something more? At the very least they'll have a conversation about it in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, with livestock for company!
