Fruit and Veggie Caterpillars

Ingredients

Celery stalks
Grapes
Blueberries
Grape tomatoes
Candy eyes
Cilantro stem or strand from celery
Cream cheese or peanut or other nut butter

Directions

1. Slice the rounded bottom part off the celery so that it lays flat. Cut the celery into several pieces, each 3 to 4 inches long. If grape tomatoes are large, slice in half crosswise so that it will fit on celery stalk. Arrange fruit and vegetables on top of celery stalk to make sure it fits, before "gluing" them down with cream cheese or nut butter.

2. Fill each celery stalk with nut butter of cream cheese and top with grapes, blueberries, and/or grape tomatoes for the body. Use a grape for the head.

3. Make the antenna. Cut the cilantro stem or celery strand to size. Use a toothpick to poke a hole for each antenna in the grape. Insert the stem or strand.

4. Use a toothpick to dab a bit of cream cheese or nut butter onto the back of the candy eyes and adhere them to the grape.
