It's getting closer: season 2 of World on Fire premieres on WTTW and PBS on October 15, after a long wait. And now we have our most comprehensive look yet at what's to come, in a new trailer. 

Harry is stationed in North Africa, along with new character Rajib, while the war has reached Manchester, where his mother Robina lives, via bombings. It looks like Harry's two onetime lovers might meet, as Kasia seems to make it to England and Robina, and Lois is still there. Plus, Mark Bonnar plays a new character who seems to have an assignment for Kasia. Meanwhile in France, the nurse Henriette looks set to take on a bigger role.
