Water Pressures

Water is a central element of life and in the coming years the water scarcity that exists in some regions of the world will become a global crisis. To bring to light an understanding of how water issues affect us all, production company Artistic Circles has created a documentary which documents the partnership between desert villagers in water-distressed Rajasthan, India and students and faculty at Northwestern University, which sits on the shores of Lake Michigan. Hosted by actor Adrian Grenier, the program encourages young people to get involved in water issues. Working with college students nationwide, the producers created a discussion guide for use at outreach events and discussions.
